      What to Expect 

      This live, virtual course takes place over two four-hour days.

      This highly interactive course will give you the foundation you need to begin incorporating more effective analytics practices into your organization. Following the analytics process from start to finish, this certificate will provide tools and techniques for data collection, preparation, analysis and presentation.

      For prework, you will be asked to gather information on the current state of learning analytics in your organization. You will also read a case study that will be used in application activities throughout the live session.

      Why did this course change from a workshop to a certificate program?

      We expanded the program into a certificate to give participants more time to explore and apply the strategic planning tools in depth. The new two-session format allows for additional discussion, real-world application and feedback. If you’re interested in taking the workshop version of this course, we recommend registering your team to participate in this course together as a private session in 2026 or beyond.

      How long does this course take to complete?

      The Learning Analytics Certificate program spans two, four-hour days. You will receive access to Training Industry’s LMS upon registering for the course with instructions to prepare for your live virtual session dates.

      Registration is available anytime on this page, where pricing will be listed in your local currency. There may be an exchange rate fee associated with transactions outside of the United States.       Do I have to be in an L&D role to take this course? Are there prerequisites?

      You do not need to currently be in an L&D role to participate in this course, and it is applicable for those at all levels of experience and backgrounds. The program offers you plenty of hands-on experience and is ideal for anyone who's responsible for data collection and analysis in their organization.


      Is there a session that’s in my time zone?

      Course session dates are offered across different time zones to include morning and evening sessions.       Is there an exam at the end of the course that I need to pass?

      There is no exam associated with any of Training Industry’s certificate programs or workshops. You are only required to attend and participate in the live, virtual instructor-led session in order to complete the course.


      Does the badge expire? Will I still have access to the training materials after completing the course?

      There is no expiration for the Learning Analytics Certificate. Once you pass, you will retain access to Training Industry’s LMS and will be able to reference the course material at any time.
