        How long does this certificate program take to complete?

        The Training Needs Assessment Certificate program spans two, four-hour days. You will receive access to Training Industry’s LMS upon registering for the course along with a student workbook and access to different job aids before your session date begins.


        What payment options are available? My company is paying for my registration. How can I have them make payment? Do you offer discounts?

        Registration is available anytime on this page, where pricing will be listed in your local currency. There may be an exchange rate fee associated with transactions outside of the United States. To register, select the session date you’d like to attend and submit your payment. You’ll receive access to our learning portal shortly after registration. You can conveniently pay via credit card online.         What is the Training Needs Assessment Certificate program based on? Is it a certification?

        This program is based on Training Industry’s research-backed Training Manager Competency Model™ which specifies the core responsibilities of a training manager and the competencies needed to perform them successfully. Unlike the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM™) program this is not a certification program but rather a certificate, where you will be awarded a digital badge upon completion of the course.


        What language(s) is the certificate available in?

        Currently, all Training Industry Courses are available in U.S. English.


        Do I have to be in an L&D role to take this course? Are there prerequisites?

        You do not need to currently be in an L&D role to participate in this course. The program offers you plenty of hands-on experience and is ideal for anyone who is looking get to the root of business needs to develop targeted training programs. It is applicable for those at all levels of experience and backgrounds.


        Is there a session that’s in my time zone?

        Course session dates are offered across different time zones to include morning and evening sessions.         Is there an exam at the end of the course that I need to pass?

        There is no exam associated with any of Training Industry’s certificate programs or workshops. You are only required to attend and participate in the live, virtual instructor-led session in order to complete the course.


        Does the certificate expire? Will I still have access to the training materials after completing the course?

        There is no expiration for the Training Needs Assessment Certificate program. Once you pass, you will retain access to Training Industry’s LMS and will be able to reference the course material at any time.
