I thought this was a great course and Dr Kristal was amazing as a facilitator! Good Day. Dr. Walker's presentation...

Good Day. Dr. Walker's presentation gave me the marching steps (if you will) to make the next move in my training process. I could apply the information I learned in the course to my decisions on which vendor to visit and what sessions to join. I was able to add to my empowerment journey and I felt very competent that I could enhance my previous work and assess my institution better. Great Information & Greater Instructor

I thought the TNAC program was great. My instructor, Dr. Kristal Walker, was very engaging and thoughtful in her presentation. The information was insightful and presented with good nuggets of extra info sprinkled throughout. She answered all of the questions that were asked of her and made sure that we understood what was presented. I woke at 4am that day and just arrived in right before the first session started and I did not yawn or feel tired throughout, even though I had only 4 hours of sleep. Thanks Again!

Although it only lasts two afternoon, we took an in-depth look at conducting a needs assessment for training requests, covering lenses of analysis, questions to get identify the root of the request, and questions to set yourself up for success in building the right training for the right audience. Training Needs Assessment Course is an Eye-Opener

I greatly appreciated Dr. Walker sharing her work-life experiences. Her stories helped me realize many of us encounter the same scenarios. My favorite part of the program was the perspective of the assessment. There are four lenses: Organization, Performance, Personal, and Task. After looking at use case scenarios for each one and discussing them thoroughly, it was easier to identify which area the training was needed. The course was an eye-opener for me. I recommend it for anyone who has to assess the need for training.
