What You’ll Learn 

Managing the development and delivery of training programs involves bringing together multiple moving parts to arrive at an effective and efficient solution to meet the needs of both your learners and the business. As a training manager, you must work with stakeholders and other internal and external contributors to manage and execute complex projects related to your training initiatives. This includes making critical decisions regarding how to best develop and deliver your training content.

In this course, you will learn key processes and frameworks to help organize and optimize your training development and delivery projects. You will also complete a capstone project based on a training program you are currently developing or are planning to develop. At this time, you will be able to discuss the steps involved in that program’s development and delivery.

After earning this certificate, you will be able to:

• Break down the tasks involved in training program development and delivery to build a realistic training plan.
• Choose the best delivery modalities to match your content, resources and learner needs.

• Develop an evaluation feedback loop that communicates impact messaging for your training programs.

What to Expect 

This live, virtual certificate program takes place over two four-hour sessions.

Before the program, you will receive the self-paced prework eLearning, complete with several job aids to prepare you for your live, virtual session. You will also complete an assignment that can be based around a training program you are currently developing or planning to develop that you can discuss with the instructor and your peers during the session. You will also get access to a student workbook that you will use during the course. You will maintain access to these resources upon course completion.

After completing this course, you will also be awarded a certificate of achievement and a digital badge to designate your expertise in training development and delivery with your network on social media.
