What You'll Learn
While AI is widely viewed as a dynamic tool for enhancing training, many learning leaders need more support to confidently utilize these technologies to meet business needs.
In this e-book, you’ll find data-backed insights on:
Why We Did the Research
With this report, we wanted to provide background for how L&D as a discipline has experienced success with the recent developments in generative AI. We believe that instead of seeing AI as a magic bullet that will work in any and all applications an organization wants, the ideas in this e-book will provide learning leaders with a different perspective on how to best implement AI tools to tackle particular, quantifiable challenges.
Why It Matters
Compared to earlier technologies, the adoption of AI in the modern workplace has happened at an astonishing rate. For example, many businesses found it difficult to shift their operations to the internet, and setting up online training took a similar amount of time. In contrast, AI-driven large language models were implemented into business procedures immediately upon their release and, in certain cases, without any strategic direction to direct their use. Although using this emerging technology is clearly exciting, and learning leaders are always looking for more guidance on how to apply it, L&D professionals can benefit from research-based direction on how to approach generative AI.
