I have facilitated strategic planning sessions many times before, and sometimes the "plan" is never finished or implemented. In fact, sometimes we don't know what to do with the information we gleaned as a result of the session. Most often, we've chosen one item to take action on. However, this workshop gave us the tools we need to move from the planning stage to the implementation stage. The tools included help to create action steps easily and achieve real results. The instructor put us in a different breakout room to be together.
