Additionally, the workshop provided a deeper dive into this process, focusing a lot more attention on the phases that are more challenging because of our partners pushing back on our ideas and observances. It was great to hear from other L&D professionals about what has worked in these phases and to discuss how we might approach these phases ourselves. Very personable, knowledgeable, engaging, lots of experience. 5 Stars for him! The content was basic for me, as I've been a consultant for a number of years. Since the title has "Master Class" in it, I expected advanced level content. I was disappointed, as I already do everything discussed in this in the class. While it's a great class, great real life examples and discussion, I feel it's for people new to the role. The discussions were interesting and the tools that you receive from the class are functional, turnkey tools - meaning that you can grab them and use them right away. This class is probably at a beginner or intermediate level for those who are new or somewhat new to a consultancy role.Was this review helpful?Yes
