The Agile Certification for HR and L&D is designed for HR and corporate training professionals seeking to understand and apply agile methodologies to create new ways of working to help their organizations keep pace with industry advancements and thrive in times of change.
There are no prerequisites to register, making this certification ideal for anyone seeking to further their HR or L&D career.
What to Expect
This is a virtual certification program that takes place over three five-hour sessions.
Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including prework and a student workbook that you will use during the course. You will maintain access to these resources upon program completion.
After completing the program, you will also be awarded the ICP-AHR certification from ICAgile, a certificate of completion from Training Industry and a digital badge to designate your expertise with your network on social media.
This course is accredited by ICAgile and is part of the ICAgile Business Agility Track.

How long does this certification take to complete?
The Agile Certification for HR and L&D spans thre, five-hour days. There is some prework to complete prior to participating in the live, virtual instructor-led session. You will receive access to Training Industry’s LMS upon registering for the course and can complete the prework any time before your session date begins.
What payment options are available? My company is paying for my registration. How can I have them make payment? Do you offer discounts?
Registration is available anytime on this page, where pricing will be listed in your local currency. There may be an exchange rate fee associated with transactions outside of the United States. To register, select the session date you’d like to attend and submit your payment. You’ll receive access to our learning portal shortly after registration, where you’ll be able to get started on the prework. You can conveniently pay via credit card online. Do I have to be in an L&D role to take this course? Are there prerequisites?
You do not need to currently be in an L&D role to participate in this course. The program offers you plenty of hands-on experience and is ideal for anyone who is looking to apply agile methodologies in their organization. The prework is designed to give each learner the support they need to create a foundational understanding of agile processes and more.
Is there a session that’s in my time zone?
Course session dates are offered across different time zones to include morning and evening sessions. Is there an exam at the end of the course that I need to pass?
There is no exam associated with this certification program offered by Training Industry. You are only required to attend and participate in the live, virtual instructor-led session in order to complete the course.
Does the certification expire? Will I still have access to the training materials after completing the course?
There is no expiration for the Agile Certification for HR and L&D. Once you pass, you will retain access to Training Industry’s LMS and will be able to reference the course material at any time.
