      The Agile Certification for HR and L&D is designed for HR and corporate training professionals seeking to understand and apply agile methodologies to create new ways of working to help their organizations keep pace with industry advancements and thrive in times of change.

      There are no prerequisites to register, making this certification ideal for anyone seeking to further their HR or L&D career.

      What to Expect 

      This is a virtual certification program that takes place over three five-hour sessions.

      Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including prework and a student workbook that you will use during the course. You will maintain access to these resources upon program completion.

      After completing the program, you will also be awarded the ICP-AHR certification from ICAgile, a certificate of completion from Training Industry and a digital badge to designate your expertise with your network on social media.

      This course is accredited by ICAgile and is part of the ICAgile Business Agility Track.

      I truly enjoyed the content...
      I truly enjoyed the content and the whole experience, from Bonnie's wonderful facilitation to exchanging perspectives with others in the course. The dual context of the certification was initially the most intriguing thing about the offering. However, I signed up with a little hesitation about whether I'd learn highly applicable strategies for my org (a fairly small non-profit consultancy).       A Great Introduction to Agile in HR and L&D!
      I really enjoyed this course and found the information I learned incredibly helpful. As someone with very little knowledge of and exposure to Agile prior to taking this course, I learned a lot about how the Agile methodology works and how it can be applied to my role in HR and L&D. This course provided a great introduction into the world of Agile, and working with peers from different industries and companies was really helpful in discussing course topics as well as brainstorming ideas for how to improve our own existing processes and practices.

      Valuable (and fun!) learning experience
      I recently completed Training Industry's Agile for HR and L&D certification, and I not only enjoyed the experience but also took away tons of practical applications for my work. Our instructor, Kelley, was a talented facilitator who kept us engaged in the virtual classroom and effectively guided us through a comprehensive curriculum. The course covered a number of useful frameworks and tools with interactive exercises, and I loved the focus on real world experiences shared by our instructor and my fellow learners to drive the concepts home. I highly recommend this course for anyone new to the agile mindset and for those familiar with the concepts but want to understand practical ways to implement it on the job with success.

      An excellent overview with several deep dives
      This is a great course for anyone new to Agile who wants to apply agile principles to the world of HR and L&D. If you already have a background in Agile from the software development world, you'll be bored for about 5 minutes of the class, and then you'll get super excited once you get to digging into what it means for HR and L&D. Filled with practical examples and face-to-face virtual learning, this class is a must for the modern learning leader.
